| I found a school of WSB in the 20-30 pound range just hanging at the outer edges of a kelp bed 15 feet off the 45 feet bottom. Stiff current and tons of bait just outside the kelp. The vermillion rock fish were caught at 165 feet about .2 mi off the west backside of Anacapa using frozen squid. |
